The Newsnet collections solution can be used in a variety of debt recovery areas including banking and finance, corporate or government. This service allows call centres and debt collection agencies to unobtrusively yet efficiently contact outstanding account holders by using the Newsnet interactive voice response service (IVR).

Automated IVR messages are sent from a central database allowing the outstanding account holder the opportunity to reconcile their account by responding with a press of a button, requested by the IVR, which is then directed back to the call centre.

Messages are sent based on pre-defined business rules to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
